As per the Statute of the Associazione Nazionale Bersaglieri (National Bersaglieri Association), where any fanfare has to be included in a section, the fanfare "Scattini "affiliated to section of Bergamo, has created around the band, a management staff based on a corporate structure, ranging from public relations, various programs, social events, etc.. etc.. until the administrative field.
